The Silicon Valley Directors’ Xchange is a program designed for a small group of public company directors who are interested in education and networking events.  The program was built to encourage and facilitate informal conversations among directors on important and current issues, and provide “director only” opportunities for dynamic interaction and connections.  The Silicon Valley Directors’ Xchange sessions are small-group, closed-door sessions around relevant corporate governance topics featuring experts in various fields to provide business information and educate directors.  Additionally, the sessions are geared toward allowing directors to enhance their business network and share best practices with one another.
