Stephen Bonventre serves as Chief Operating Officer and interim Chief Executive Officer for EdgarAgents LLC, the nation’s fastest growing full-service financial filing & printing firm. Joining the EdgarAgents family in 2021, Stephen brings a dynamic mix of general management experience including finance, international business, complex change management, operations excellence, and commercial enablement. Stephen enjoys leading his team by taking a hands-on, passion-forward approach towards tackling challenges & opportunities by first deeply understanding them from his team’s perspective as well as from his clients’ perspective. 

Stephen’s passion for promoting a customer-obsessive culture at EdgarAgents stemmed from his more than 15-year career in healthcare where customers were often patients.  “Working in healthcare taught me about the collective impact of creating value for myself, my team, and most importantly for customers, aka patients. Every specimen was a life, we always said; that was our shared purpose,” explains Stephen. “Whether we’re helping to save lives through diagnostic testing or helping our clients focus on achieving their mission & objectives rather than stressing over filing requirements, putting the customer at the center of all processes and business decisions ensures that our team remains laser focused on driving maximum efficiency and value delivery.” Stephen earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. 

When not “in the office”, Stephen enjoys supporting many philanthropic organizations, all things outdoors, and the culinary arts including winemaking with friends and family. Originally from Long Island, NY, Stephen currently resides in Randolph, New Jersey with his wife, their two young children, and their labrador retriever, Kobe.
