Kevin Depew is deputy chief economist and Industry Eminence Program leader for RSM US LLP. Kevin provides clients with macroeconomic and industry perspectives and insights they need to successfully manage their middle market businesses, and he helps produce several of the firm’s unique reports, including The Real Economy, the RSM US Middle Market Business Index and quarterly industry outlooks. Kevin also leads the firm’s Industry Eminence Program, overseeing a team of 60 industry analysts. Kevin started his career in the early 1990s as a horse-racing handicapper in Kentucky. He was previously involved with Minyanville Media, an online financial media and publishing company, where he was awarded an Emmy for his work on an animated show helping viewers better understand financial markets.
Joseph A. Grundfest
Joseph A. Grundfest the W.A. Franke Professor Emeritus of Law and Business at Stanford Law School and Senior Faculty, Arthur and Toni Rembe Rock Center for Corporate Governance. Joe is a nationally prominent expert on capital markets, corporate governance, and securities litigation. His scholarship has been published in the Harvard, Yale, and Stanford law reviews, and he has been recognized as one of the most influential attorneys in the United States. Professor Grundfest founded the award-winning Stanford Securities Class Action Clearinghouse, launched Stanford Law School’s executive education programs and co-directs Directors’ College. Additionally, he is co-founder and director of Financial Engines and a director of Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co.
Alison Kutler
Alison Kutler serves as the Head of Responsible Gaming and Community Impact at FanDuel Group. She brings with her more than 25 years experience in government and the private sector developing and leading business, regulatory, policy and public affairs strategies. Previous to FanDuel, Alison served as Senior Vice President of Global Government Affairs at Dapper Labs, Executive Vice President and Deputy Market Leader at BCW Global, leader of the Strategic Policy Advisers practice at PwC, Senior Vice President of Government Relations for the Americas at Visa Inc., Vice President, External Affairs at Rio Tinto, and was a partner in the Public Law and Policy Strategies Group at the international law firm Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP. Alison previously served in senior roles in the U.S. Government including serving as the Chief of the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau at the Federal Communications Commission, the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Export-Import Bank, and as Director of the Trade Advocacy Center located within the International Trade Administration at the U.S. Department of Commerce.
