SPEAKERS

Jennifer Dulski

Jennifer Dulski has a wide range of executive experience including leadership roles at Facebook, Google, and Yahoo!, and founder, CEO, and president roles at early stage and scaling startups. She is currently CEO and founder of Rising Team, a company that provides tools, data, and community to turn managers into amazing coaches that build happier and more successful teams. Prior to Rising Team, she led Facebook Groups, used by more than 1.5 billion people each month to create and participate in communities that matter to them. Her team was responsible for envisioning, building, and growing the Groups product. She also led the 2019 redesign of Facebook, “FB5,” to put communities at the center of the app.

She has deep board experience in public and private companies and nonprofit boards and currently serves on the boards of WW, formerly Weight Watchers (NASDAQ: WW), the Change.org Foundation, and Arctic Ice Project. Her previous board experience includes roles on two other public company boards, Move, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOVE) until its acquisition by NewsCorp and TEGNA (NYSE: TGNA).

Kelley Steven-Waiss

Kelley Steven-Waiss serves as Founder & Executive Chairman of Hitch Works Inc.  Kelley founded and commercialized Hitch while she was the Chief Innovation Officer and Human Resources Officer at HERE Technologies. She has more than 25 years of executive management and consulting experience in human resources, change management and corporate communications. Prior to HERE Technologies, Steven-Waiss was executive vice president, chief human resources officer, for Extreme Networks, Inc., and was responsible for the company’s global human capital strategies. She is on the board of FormFactor, Inc., the Chair of the Advisory Board for the Silicon Valley Education Foundation. Her most recent book, Valley Girls: Lessons from Female Founders in the Silicon Valley and Beyond, will be available March 5, 2024.

Laurie Yoler

Laurie Yoler is an experienced board director and strategist skilled in advising companies and founders in imagining, building, and scaling disruptive technologies like artificial intelligence, robotics and cloud computing. She is known for taking a holistic, enterprise-wide view to quickly assess and shape technology into new, differentiated products and services. She is savvy in fundraising, M&A strategy and negotiations, cybersecurity oversight, intellectual property strategy, and in devising complex, unconventional strategic alliances.  Yoler has served on the boards of public, private and non-profit organizations. She currently serves on the board of directors of Bose Corporation, Church & Dwight Co., Inc., and Saltbox, and on the advisory boards of Aptiv, Accenture, and TTI/Vanguard. She is also a General Partner with early-stage deep-tech venture capital firm Playground Global, as well as an active investor with Broadway Angels.

F. Daniel Siciliano, moderator

Dan Siciliano is a successful technology CEO-founder and entrepreneur, as well as Vice Chair of the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, and a recognized expert in corporate strategy and governance, capital financial markets, executive compensation, and technological disruption (including fintech, AI and cybersecurity). He is currently Chairman of SVDX, board member of the Latino Corporate Directors Education Foundation, chair-elect of the Council of Federal Home Loan Banks, and a fellow at Stanford University.
