Teresa Bryce Bazemore
Teresa Bryce Bazemore has over 30 years experience as a Senior Executive in the banking and mortgage banking fields including building both mortgage insurance and services businesses. Until June 10, 2024, Ms. Bazemore served as the President and CEO of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. She previously served as the President of Radian Guaranty and prior to that the EVP, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Risk Officer at Radian Group. She is currently the CEO of Bazemore Consulting LLC.
Teresa serves on the Board of Directors of the T Rowe Price Funds and First Industrial Realty Trust. In addition, Teresa serves as the Audit Committee chair of First Industrial and previously served as the Audit Committee chair of the T Rowe Price Funds. She also previously served as a Director for the FHLBank of Pittsburgh and Chimera Investment Corporation. She has served on several nonprofit boards and currently serves on the boards of Public Media Company, The Trusteeship, which is the Southern California Chapter of the International Women’s Forum and the Advisory Board of the National Housing Conference. From her executive and legal experience, as well as her corporate and non-profit board experience, she has expertise in corporate governance, succession planning, enterprise risk management, executive compensation, strategic planning, and audit committee matters.
In 2023, she was named the Financial Woman of the Year by the Financial Women of San Francisco. Savoy Magazine named her one of the 2022 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America.
Amy Guggenheim Shenkan
Amy Guggenheim Shenkan is an experienced public company and private equity backed corporate director, public company officer, president, and a recognized expert in digital transformations. Shenkan has held leadership positions in Mckinsey & Company, GE, Wells Fargo, and Travelocity, and is the former President of Common Sense Media. Shenkan currently sits on the boards of Ritchie Bros., Byrider, and DriWay Technologies.
Elliot Sloane
Elliot Sloane is Founder and Managing Partner of ThroughCo Communications where he leads the firm’s financial, corporate, transactions and crisis practices, leading programs for Teladoc Health, The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, Lightyear Capital, and United Therapeutics. Throughout his career, Elliot has provided strategic counsel to some of the world’s most notable organizations, often on the front lines with executive teams and Boards, helping them to manage through complex and difficult situations.

Dan Siciliano is a successful technology CEO-founder and entrepreneur, as well as Chairman of the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, and a recognized expert in corporate strategy and governance, capital financial markets, executive compensation, and technological disruption (including fintech, AI and cybersecurity). He is currently Chairman of SVDX, board member of the Latino Corporate Directors Education Foundation, chair-elect of the Council of Federal Home Loan Banks, and a fellow at Stanford University.
