Fred Rica
Fred Rica is a Partner with BPM. He is a skilled technology professional with significant experience in cybersecurity, and technology risk management. Fred is a nationally recognized authority on the subject of cybersecurity and has performed or managed hundreds of security assessment, design and implementation projects of large and complex processing environments.
Over the course of his career, he has addressed cyber and technology risk issues in identity management, vulnerability management, incident response, compliance management, organizational design and governance across a broad range of industries. Fred has helped some of the world’s foremost users of technology solve complex risk management issues. Mr. Rica’s clients have included some of the Fortune 500’s most recognizable brands in financial services, telecommunications, technology, consumer products, industrial manufacturing, government and multi-lateral organizations.
Julie Tsai
Julie is a six-time CISO/Head of InfoSec and DevOps(Sec) specialist with 20+ years experience in Silicon Valley technology companies — these range from seven-person startups to Fortune 1. She spent 15 of those years hands-on in the technology full stack: network, sys admin, SRE, deployment, developer, specializing in configuration management and self-healing UNIX systems. After that, she returned focus to the human part of the org stack. She's had senior leadership roles with Roblox, Walmart eCommerce, Adteractive and Box. She graduated from Stanford and is passionate about security, civil liberties, and bettering society through technology (and vice versa). She also contributes to several investment funds, the Bay Area CSO Council Board, various non-profit organization boards, as well as occasional advising, teaching, and mentoring.

Daniel Siciliano is a successful technology CEO-founder and entrepreneur, as well as Vice Chair of the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, and a recognized expert in corporate strategy and governance, capital financial markets, executive compensation, and technological disruption (including fintech, AI and cybersecurity). He is currently Chairman of SVDX, board member of the Latino Corporate Directors Education Foundation, chair-elect of the Council of Federal Home Loan Banks, and a fellow at Stanford University.
