Byron Loflin is Global Head of Board Advisory at Nasdaq, where he leads board assessments and boardroom training for Nasdaq Governance Solutions. He is the founder and former CEO of the Center for Board Excellence (CBE) – acquired by Nasdaq in 2019 – and is architect of CBE’s unique board assessment and advisory platform. Byron is recognized in the governance community for developing unique products that address board dynamics, corporate culture, accountability and performance.
Gerardo Lopez
Gerardo Lopez is Operating Partner and the Head of Operating Group at Softbank Investment Advisers, Inc., the U.S. registered investment adviser subsidiary of the Japanese multinational SoftBank Group Corp. Prior to his role at Softbank Group, Mr. Lopez was Operating Partner at High Bluff Capital, a private investment firm focused on consumer facing companies. Mr. Lopez serves as member of the Board of Directors of CBRE Group, Inc., a real estate services and investment firm, and Realty Income Corp., a real estate investment trust.
Rose McKinney-James
Rose McKinney-James is the former President and CEO for the Corporation for Solar Technology and Renewable Resources, (CSTRR) and former Commissioner with the Nevada Public Service Commission. She is an experienced and accomplished small business leader, clean energy advocate, and independent corporate director with an extensive history in public service, private sector corporate sustainability, social impact, and non-profit volunteerism. McKinney-James is currently the Managing Principal of Energy Works LLC and McKinney-James & Associates. She has extensive experience in corporate governance and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of MGM Resorts International, MGM Detroit, Toyota Financial Services Bank, and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Pacific Southwest.
Debby Soo
Debby Soo is the Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of directors of OpenTable, Inc. Previously, Ms. Soo served in a number of roles at Kayak Software Corporation, including Chief Commercial Officer, Senior Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Asia Pacific, Senior Director of New Markets, and previously as Director of Product Marketing, and Mobile Business Development Manager and Mobile Project Manager. Ms. Soo served on the board of directors of Lesson Nine GmbH, an education services company operating as Babbel, where she also served as a member of the compensation committee.

F. Daniel Siciliano is a successful technology CEO-founder and entrepreneur, as well as Vice Chair of the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, and a recognized expert in corporate strategy and governance, capital financial markets, executive compensation, and technological disruption (including fintech, AI and cybersecurity). He is currently Chairman of SVDX, board member of the Latino Corporate Directors Education Foundation, chair-elect of the Council of Federal Home Loan Banks, and a fellow at Stanford University.
