WEBINAR - Predator, Prey, or Bystander: Navigating the New M&A Market Surge

CO-SPONSORED BY PwC

VIEW WEBINAR

Deal fever is in the air.  Despite (or maybe because of) elevated market risks from cyber vulnerabilities, supply chain insecurity, trade wars, COVID-19 complications, and valuation volatility from the Reddit “retail investor” mob, the M&A markets are very active.  Directors have taken notice.

Is this the beginning of a market peak?   Are acquisitions representative of savvy opportunities or an expression of fear in uncertain times?   Will boards look back and wish they had restrained overly exuberant management or lament being too cautious?    Capital is being put to work at an unprecedented pace and directors need to know how to navigate this new risk landscape as either predator, prey, or bystander.  The panel will discuss the latest trends in M&A and discuss how boards can spot and avoid the pitfalls (and find the opportunities) in an active M&A environment.
