Melinda Guzman is CEO and Managing Attorney at her own law firm, Melinda Guzman Professional Corporation, where she represents business clients and individuals through all states of the litigation process. Melinda has extensive corporate governance experience, service as an independent director for the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco where she is currently Vice Chair. She was previously a director of Pac-West Telecomm, and currently serves as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of Vanir Group.
