Shearman & Sterling - SEC Clawback Rules Take Effect: What Companies Should Do Now

On June 9, 2023, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the New York Stock Exchange’s and Nasdaq Stock Market’s proposed clawback listing standards, including the amendments that delayed the effective date of the rules to October 2, 2023.
